By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Products

We make every effort to display our products, packaging, descriptions and colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, product batches, packaging updates or other factors.

Fragrance preferences are personal and may vary from one customer to another.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by SELÁF.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information or any other reasonable circumstance.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in UAE Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout.

Payment

Orders must be paid using the payment methods available on our website at the time of purchase.

An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully completed and the order has been accepted.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is currently available within the United Arab Emirates only.

Delivery fees, estimated delivery times and free-delivery thresholds are stated in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or personal fragrance preference. Exceptions apply where a product is damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, subject to applicable UAE law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the SELÁF website, including the brand name, logo, product names, photographs, designs, graphics and written content, is owned by or licensed to SELÁF and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SELÁF will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections available to consumers under applicable UAE law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this website and will apply from the date of publication.

مرحباً بكم في سِلاَف.

باستخدامكم لموقعنا الإلكتروني أو إتمام عملية شراء من خلاله، فإنكم توافقون على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام.

المنتجات

نبذل أقصى جهد لعرض المنتجات والتغليف والأوصاف والألوان بأكبر قدر ممكن من الدقة، إلا أنه قد توجد اختلافات بسيطة نتيجة إعدادات الشاشات أو اختلاف دفعات الإنتاج أو تحديثات التغليف أو غير ذلك من العوامل.

كما أن تفضيلات الروائح تختلف من شخص إلى آخر.

الطلبات

تخضع جميع الطلبات لتوفر المنتجات وقبول الطلب من قبل سِلاَف.

نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء أو رفض أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ في السعر، أو عدم توفر المنتج، أو الاشتباه بعملية احتيالية، أو وجود بيانات غير صحيحة، أو لأي سبب معقول آخر.

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم بيانات اتصال وتوصيل صحيحة وكاملة.

الأسعار

جميع الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع هي بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

يجوز تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت، وسيتم عرض أي رسوم توصيل مطبقة أثناء إتمام الطلب.

الدفع

يجب سداد قيمة الطلب باستخدام وسائل الدفع المتوفرة على الموقع وقت الشراء.

لا يعتبر الطلب مؤكداً إلا بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح وقبول الطلب.

الشحن والتوصيل

التوصيل متوفر حالياً داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط.

يمكن الاطلاع على رسوم التوصيل والمدة التقديرية وشروط التوصيل المجاني ضمن سياسة الشحن والتوصيل.

الاسترجاع والاستبدال

تخضع جميع المبيعات لـ سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال الخاصة بسِلاَف.

لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بسبب تغيير الرأي أو عدم ملاءمة الرائحة للتفضيل الشخصي، مع استثناء الحالات التي يكون فيها المنتج تالفاً أو معيباً أو مختلفاً عن المنتج المطلوب، وذلك وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات موقع سِلاَف، بما في ذلك الاسم التجاري والشعار وأسماء المنتجات والصور والتصاميم والرسومات والمحتوى المكتوب، مملوكة لسِلاَف أو مرخصة لها، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة.

حدود المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمل سِلاَف المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو المنتجات.

ولا يحد أي نص في هذه الشروط من حقوق المستهلك المقررة بموجب القوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

تعديل الشروط

يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام من وقت لآخر، وسيتم نشر النسخة المحدثة على الموقع وتصبح سارية من تاريخ نشرها.
